How Ryan Strandin Obtained His First 100 Customers

We are having one of the best problems that I believe we can have – we’re actually selling more than we can actually supply. Almost every drop we make, we’re already selling and shipping out the door. We’ve been primarily doing that by sponsoring events. After all, if you have a tangible product that is especially flavor-oriented, people will want to consume. Just getting it in front of people, sharing what we’re about, explaining our ‘why’ and people just click with it. Also, we currently have a 0% attrition rate; meaning that everyone who signed up for a subscription, still has one. We have this really good customer loyalty setup, where our customers keep referring us out to others, and as a result, we’ve been growing organically ever since.

Ryan Strandin’s Dream

My dream is to have complete control over my time and money, and I want to create systems that work internally and don’t require me to constantly be managing them. That way, I can spend less time working, and more time exploring the world and seeing what life has to offer.

Three Pieces of Advice From Ryan Strandin

My first piece would be to have the confidence and drive to perform an action that you see that could lead to business, or to do it better than the other guy. I find that to be the core of the entrepreneurial spirit – “I can do that.” Secondly, if you come across a problem, and you think that the process should be easier, figure out if it is. I can guarantee you that you are not the only one who has experienced what you’re experiencing; this can turn into a great business opportunity. My last piece of advice is to have a support system in place. You need people that believe in you and your dream, but at the same time, can be honest with you. Also, the last thing you need in this support group would be persons who would always put you down – get rid of them.
